My First Journal - Age 3-6

Journaling is great for a positive mind set, focusing on the positive aspects of the day and sets good practice as children grow. Mental health is so important and we’ve started a routine of completing this journal with our children in the evening reflecting on their day. It gives us a chance to really talk about their day and emotions, especially in preparation for returning to and starting school in September. There are pages focused on emotions and family, as well as opportunities to colour and draw, which gives a sense of ownership of the journal.
