Multiplications
This is a great way to learn time tables, the aim of the game is to move the counters from cog 1 "I don't know" over to cog 5 "I know the answer". This is great to set up and come to for small amount of time each day to practise and see how many counters you can move across!
Every day the player will attempt to solve the chips in each section (on the first day, this will just be for gear one). Once completed, the chips can move up the ranks into the following gear. If the player doesn't get it correct, they can check the back of the card for the answer, try to memorise it and place it back in the first group (gear one). Thus, when the token has reached the fifth gear, it means that for five days in a row the player has correctly solved the multiplication. This is a consolidating learning game.
